 There is a
classical source book, Mesilas Yeshorim
/ The Path of the Just by Rabbi Moshe Chaim Luzzato. This
book is one of the primary books in Jewish literature that guides a
person through the maze of personal conflicts to arrive at a system which
gives direction and clarity for what life is all about and how to get
there.
We began studying this text at the end of 2009 on alternate Wednesday
evenings. Since then another group began that meets on alternate Monday
evenings.
